"THANK YOU TO OUR SPONSORS, ATTENDEES AND VOLUNTEERS FOR MAKING THIS CONFERENCE A HUGE SUCCESS!"
The Florida Caribbean Students’ Association™ (FCSA) meets each fall and spring semester at a statewide conference, which is hosted by a Florida university. This association began on the campus of the University of Central Florida in the 1980's. Today, FCSA is a non-profit organization which raises funds for charitable institutions, scholarships, and cultural projects. Along with fundraising projects, FCSA volunteers throughout the year at organizations such as the Salvation Army.
Since its establishment, FCSA has hosted thirty-two conferences, aided the Caribbean and serviced more than 10,000 students, most of whom have become successful alumni. These conferences have been gathering places where students and alumni network and build professional relationships. Attendees go to educational workshops and lectures that are proctored by prominent professionals and expand their knowledge of the Caribbean, while forming ties with peers and community guests.
The 33rd Bi-Annual Conference will be held at the University of Central Florida (UCF), November 9-11, 2007. All workshops, lectures and additional activities will be organized by the UCF’s Caribbean Students’ Association and held at UCF’s campus. To carryout these activities professionally, strong community support is necessary.
The success of the conference will be ensured by the support of our sponsors. Depending on the sponsorship tier you select, FCSA will include your company in the media campaign which includes flyers, press releases, posters, e-mails, banners, and the website for distribution throughout Florida and the approximately 1,000 participants.
